Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and Stress Management…
A real and positive difference to our lives can be made by learning to look at things from a different angle. Depending on your specific needs and expectations, in a session a combination of the approaches of Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP are used, allowing you to deal at source with stresses such as fears and phobias, limiting beliefs and self esteem, habit control issues and relationship worries.

A session lasts anywhere from an hour onwards. The number of sessions required will vary, but good success is mostly noticed after just one session.

Indian Head Massage…
This is a great seated pressure point and champissage massage for neck and shoulder tension, ‘computer shoulders’, headaches, sinusitis. You remain fully clothed and no oils are used.

Wear a T-Shirt or long sleeved T-Shirt, and if at all possible avoid wearing make-up, necklaces, earrings and hair products. Bring a brush or comb for afterwards!

Hopi Ear Candles…
Also called Thermo Auricular Candling, this mild and natural therapy can help with the treatment of sinusitis, rhinitis, earwax, earache and irritation of the ears including tinnitus. It is also suitable for the treatment of headaches and migraines.

It is not suitable for those with perforated eardrums, where grommets are in place or those who may have an allergy to the ingredients. It is a safe and gentle treatment for children.

As the candle burns it produces a gentle local heat, softening wax and drawing it into the base of the candle. The candle is then removed and the ear and surrounding area is then massaged. The treatment is repeated on the other ear and then a complete facial massage is carried out, paying particular attention to the sinus areas.

It is advisable to put a few drops of warm olive oil in each ear for three days before treatment as this will help to soften the wax which will make it easier to remove. Please do not wear makeup or any jewellery.
