Coaching Hypnotherapy Life Management NLP
Life always throws things at us,
 and sometimes these things can cause stress and interfere with us and our lives.
At certain times, we can all benefit from the support of others.
As a therapist, I believe that a real and positive difference can be made by
learning to look at things from a different angle,
and by using the therapeutic approaches of Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP,
we can
deal at source with the stresses that can otherwise plague us.

Here are some examples:

Fears and Phobias
Spiders, heights or flying….. If you're scared of something and want to get over it, you can.
You will see things in a new light and have more choices in how you deal with these issues.

Limiting Beliefs and Self Esteem
At times we say things to ourselves, like:
"I will never be confident." "I can’t do that." "I'm not good enough."

What to expect from a session:
Because we are all unique and our requirements are all different,
I
use a combination of Clinical Hypnosis and NLP to suit your individual needs and expectations.
A session lasts anywhere from an hour onwards and costs £50.
