Chakra Flow with Andrea is a joyful and energising workshop where you move to the different vibrations of your 7 energy centres which are reflected in the 7 different music styles used.
You will be grounding yourself to the rhythms of the drums, flowing effortlessly like water to the Arabian jingles, empowering yourself to punchy disco tunes, open your heart to a joyful and liberating song and soaring like an eagle listening to the chants of American Indians , only to finally relax to angelic harmonies. Shamanic Journeying

Whether you’ve had a go before, or it’s your first time,
Jenny will help to open your eyes to the wonders of poi.
Classes will cover both basics and things more challenging.
How far you go, is up to you. You won’t walk away an expert after one class,
but you’ll have had a lot of fun…
We'll have some poi on sale, or you can bring your own.
(a couple of pairs of long socks will do at a pinch!)

Reiki Healing: 30mins £20 / 60mins £30
Reiki is a wonderful relaxing and rejuvenating therapy, enabling the body to recharge its energy centres and to free up the flow of its life force. Reiki is a hand on OR hand off therapy (whatever you prefer) and administrated while staying fully clothed and laying on a therapy table or sitting in a chair.
Stress reduction, pain relief and speeding up healing processes are only a view of the many benefits of Reiki.
Triple Helix Energy Healing: 20mins £10 / 40mins £20
Triple Helix is a method of energy healing which incorporates breath work, sound/toning, and visualisation.
It balances the chakras to bring a feeling of harmony and wellbeing. It has a heart and love based approach.
Triple Helix works on the physical, mental, emotional and quantum levels.
Come for a session... you will feel recharged and as light as a feather.
Thai Foot Massage: 20mins £10 / 40mins £20
Thai Foot Massage is a massage of the lower legs and feet that originated in Thailand about 2000 years ago.
Thai Foot Massage involves hands on stretching and massage, along with the stimulation of the reflex points.
Bliss for the feet and relaxation for the mind and body. Treat your feet (they'll need it for all that dancing!!)
Shiatsu: 20mins £10 / 40mins £20
Similar to acupressure, shiatsu is a relaxing, invigorating and energising hands-on therapy which can help with a number of issues, including back-ache, anxiety, stress and depression.
Thai Yoga massage: 20mins £10 / 40 mins £20
Thai yoga massage is an extraordinary treatment - more energizing and rigorous than the classic forms of massage yet still profoundly relaxing and healing. It is a unique and powerful therapy combining acupressure and gentle stretching. It is relaxing yet energising and a highly effective therapeutic treatment. You remain fully clothed – ideally wear loose clothing.
Swedish Massage: 20mins £10 / 40 mins £20
Swedish massage is the most commonly offered and best-known type of massage also referred to as Classic Massage. With the use of oils the masseuse will use many techniques to alleviate pain and enhance the body's health. Swedish massage is particularly to allow the body to absorb more oxygen, thereby rejuvenating the body.
It is also geared towards detoxification by increasing the speed by which the cells of the body eliminate their waste materials. But more than these, Swedish massage brings to the receiver an immense feeling of satisfaction and relaxation.
Chakra balancing: 20mins £10
Chakra Balancing is a quick pick me up session where the 7 main energy centres of the body receive Reiki through the hands of the practitioner with the aim to re-balance, re-align and re-charge the Chakras and free the flow of energy in-between the Centres. It is just like filling up the tank of your car with petrol only it’s another form of energy. Different tools can be used by the therapist to amplify the flow of the energy, such as Symbols, Crystals, Singing Bowls, Sounds, Gongs and Colour Essences. A great little lift!
